Covid Checklist for Tai Chi classes
Prana Yoga Studio, Cadzow Street, Hamilton
Please check before attending. Do not attend class if you have had a positive test or you have the symptoms listed: a new continuous cough, a high temperature or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
Please ensure that you have booked your place before coming to class on the Prana system. Class numbers are restricted to six – so you need to book in advance.
Entry to the Building
If you arrive before ten minutes before your class start time, please wait outside or in your car.
Please wear your mask when queuing or entering/leaving class. You currently do not need to wear your face mask while exercising; but may choose to do so if you would prefer. The class teacher will be wearing a mask until the start of teaching.
Please bring your own water bottle to class as the kitchens will no longer be in use.
Shoes and Belongings
Please take off your shoes before you enter the studio and take them in with you. You can place the shoes and your other belongings on a chair.
You do not have to wear your mask in class but please do so if you have to leave the studio to go to the toilet during the class. Please use only the toilet on the Prana floor (not the one upstairs).
Please use the hand sanitiser provided on the counter in reception (or your own) on entering class. Tissues will also be available if you need them.
Please maintain the social distance set out in the studio. The studio has been laid out to use the space effectively.
Please bring only essentials to class and place them on the seat behind the designated area.
Please wear your mask when you are leaving the class – it is in the reception area or stairs where you could be most at risk.
I know this is a long list but it is about keeping us all safe and well and means we can enjoy our Tai Chi.
